Email address — when you sign up via a form on this site, we collect your email address to send you the guides you requested and occasional money tips. The legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.

Contact form submissions — when you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Website data — our hosting provider (GoDaddy) automatically collects standard technical data including IP addresses and browser information for security and performance purposes. Cookies are set by WordPress for site functionality.

Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party services to operate this site. Each acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us:

  • MailerLite (email delivery) — your email address is stored and processed by MailerLite. Their privacy policy is at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • GoDaddy (website hosting) — our site is hosted on GoDaddy’s managed WordPress platform. Their privacy policy is at godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

How long we keep your data

Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Contact enquiries: up to 2 years. We review and delete data we no longer need annually.

Your rights
